The high-end Greek concept Estiatorio Milos is looking for a strategic partner.

The company last week said it has hired Moelis & Company LLC to advise the global brand on finding a partner that can bring in capital for the next phase of growth.

Milos was founded in Montreal in 1979 by Costas Spiliadis and the family-owned company has grown into a luxury brand with 12 restaurants in seven countries.

The company hopes to expand across existing regions, which span North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East with a mix of company-owned restaurants, licensing and management agreements, as well as partnerships with real estate and hotel groups. In the U.S., the brand has units in New York, Las Vegas, and Miami.

The brand is already in developments like Hudson Yards in New York City, The Venetian Resort, Atlantis The Royal, and more. The company said it is exploring more U.S. expansion with Simon Property Group. The first standalone location of Milos is scheduled to open next spring in Los Cabos, Mexico.
