Texas-based MALK Organics has released Whole MALK, a plant-based milk that delivers 12g of plant protein per serving without the gums, oils, or fillers common to higher-protein dairy alternatives. The product reaches Whole Foods Market, Target, and Sprouts nationwide today.
Whole MALK combines organic coconut, cashew, soy, and pea protein, and is fortified with added vitamins and minerals. The company positions it as a full dairy replacement suited to coffee, cereal, smoothies, cooking, and baking, extending MALK’s clean-label formulation approach into a higher-protein format.
The launch addresses a specific tension in the plant-based milk category. As protein has become a leading purchase driver, many brands have raised protein levels by adding stabilizers, oils, and functional ingredients that lengthen ingredient lists. MALK’s core products contain three to six organic ingredients, and its unsweetened soy milk carries 6g of protein per serving. Whole MALK doubles that figure while keeping to the additive-free positioning the brand built its reputation on.

MALK reported more than $94 million in sales and over 1.4 million units sold in 2025. The company has expanded its portfolio steadily over the past two years, adding unsweetened coconut and soy milks in early 2025, a line of coconut-based creamers in January 2026, and a co-branded coconut yogurt with The Coconut Cult in July.
