MOD Pizza has launched a new limited-time offer tied to the Emmy-nominated comedy Abbott Elementary.
The Seattle-based fast-casual pizza concept is offering a pizza inspired by Philadelphia, the setting for the ABC school-themed series. The show’s latest season is scheduled for Oct. 7, and will stream the next day on Hulu.
Dubbed The Honor Roll, the new pizza LTO has an olive oil and minced garlic base, topped with mozzarella, shaved beef with onions and green peppers, roasted red bell peppers and a finishing layer of cheddar cheese. The LTO will be available nationwide from Sept. 28 through Nov. 29.
“Abbott Elementary brings people together through humor, heart and a strong sense of community, which makes this collaboration such a natural fit for MOD,” said Charae Carter Jenkins, MOD’s vice president of marketing. “The Honor Roll is a fun way for our guests to join in the excitement surrounding the new season, whether they’re grabbing a pizza before tuning in or sharing a meal with fellow fans. We’re thrilled to bring a little bit of Abbott into MOD restaurants across the country.”
MOD has more than 440 units across 28 states in the U.S. and Canada, though the chain has been shrinking in recent years. It was acquired by Elite Restaurant Group in 2024 after closing 44 units. The closures continued into 2025, in what MOD officials at the time called a right-sizing of the portfolio for long-term growth.
The chain ended 2025 with 449 units, a nearly 7% decline, and $516.7 million in sales, down more than 10%, according to Technomic data.
