Beyond Meat is bringing its Beyond Steak Filet to Meijer stores this month, extending the whole-cut product’s retail footprint just weeks after it debuted at Wegmans and H-E-B. The El Segundo, California-based company has not specified a launch date beyond “this month.”
The mycelium and avocado oil-based filet delivers 28 grams of plant protein and 1 gram of saturated fat per serving. It first appeared through Beyond Meat’s direct-to-consumer site in October 2025, where the company says it became the platform’s top-selling product.
Ethan Brown, Founder and CEO of Beyond Meat, said: “We’re excited to bring Beyond Steak Filet to more consumers across the country. The response we saw during our direct-to-consumer launch signaled that consumers share our enthusiasm for this special whole-cut steak, which delivers on taste, texture, and nutrition while being made with clean, simple ingredients. As we offer Beyond Steak Filet at more retailers, we’re making it easier than ever for consumers to enjoy a satisfying, nutritious steak experience at home.”
