  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt , to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped pitted mixed olives
  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • Add the chili flakes, dried oregano, garlic powder, and sea salt.

  • Mix well, then stir in the grated Parmesan and chopped olives.

  • Let the dip rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  • Serve with toasted bread, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables.
